POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Postage for Australia is $4.99 for all orders, and free for orders over $40.
Orders are despatched every FRIDAY only. Apologies for any inconvenience for the timelines, it helps to keep costs down.
Delivery times are:
- Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide - add 1-3 working days.
- Other locations - add 3-6 working days.
Orders are sent via a variety of shipping methods to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible. Please contact us for tracking if your package has gone astray.
If your order comes with Bio Fill peanuts, please compost this material. All other material is recyclable.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are now able to ship to New Zealand! We offer flat rate shipping of $15 and orders will be despatched within 5 days.
RETURNS
